About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer to lead the full finance function and corporate financial strategy. Reporting directly to senior leadership, you will take ownership of a critical part of the finance function and play a pivotal role in driving financial performance across the organisation.
This is a senior, high-visibility appointment suited to a finance professional who can combine hands-on delivery with strategic insight, strong commercial awareness and confident stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the full finance function and corporate financial strategy and ensure accurate, timely and insightful financial reporting.
Partner with executive and operational stakeholders to support commercial and strategic decision-making.
Strengthen financial controls, processes, systems and governance across the business.
Own budgeting, forecasting and performance analysis, providing clear commentary on results.
Lead, mentor and develop members of the finance team.
What You Will Need
A recognised professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CPA, CMA or equivalent).
Significant senior-level experience gained in a comparable finance role.
Strong technical knowledge of financial reporting standards, controls and best practice.
Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder-management skills.
Prior experience within the GCC region is highly advantageous.
